What our athletes say!
I've been working with Coach Jeff for 6 years. In that time I have achieved PR's in half marathon, marathon and two Ironman PR's. Even better the coach really cares about my life and structures my schedule around it. He is open to communication daily, reads my logs and gives feedback everyday. I actually get more attention from him than I did from my local coach.

I came to PRSFit chasing pr’s, and with Coach Jeff’s training I far exceeded my expectations. His technique’s with heart rate training also has helped me stay relatively injury free. He is knowledgeable, accessible and has turned into quite the friend, he truly cares about his athletes.

I met Jeff when I was connected with him via a mutual contact when he needed another teammate for a Ragnar relay. Total strangers sharing a van for two days and 200 miles. Such fun! A few years later I was attempting to qualify for the Boston marathon and after a few fails and almost getting there, I knew I needed help to get me faster. I have friends who are coaches and a ton of contacts, but I knew Jeff would be the best choice. I trusted his knowledge and years of experience. I gave him short notice of my goal race and he put me right to work. I stuck to his plan and trusted his guidance. Even across the country, he would help me with my form using videos. I qualified and came in 2 minutes under my goal time. Next when I decided to tackle a 100 miler, Jeff took on the challenge to get me ready. He works around travel, work, family, illness and whatever life throws at his athletes and gets them ready, confident, and injury-free to the start line. Bottom line, he knows his stuff and you can count on him. And he’ll make you laugh along the way.

I had the good fortune to attend a two day freestyle swim clinic with Jeffrey Kline. Coach Kline combined in-pool demonstrations and practice with classroom instruction. He took multiple videos of each participant’s stroke and technique while in the water over the course of the weekend and spent time reviewing this footage with the group during classroom time to identify strengths and weaknesses in our stroke and provide cues for each of us to work on. His clear understanding of the stroke development and years of triathlon coaching make him highly skilled at teaching all levels; our group had a range of participants from those who didn’t know how to swim to Ironman level athletes. Coach Kline’s informed coaching style is relaxed and humor-filled. He also accessible, encouraging participants to contact him after the clinic if they have additional questions, which is great. I came away from the weekend a better freestyler with new drillsand techniques to use tofurther improve on my own.

In 2018 I was fortunate enough to find Coach Jeff. I was training for my second Ironman this time in Lake Placid. Living in the UK I was wary of using a coach that I would only converse with over the internet or my phone rather than face to face.
From the first conversation with Jeff I immediately knew it was the right decision. He was there everyday to answer any questions I might have have had about up coming training sessions. Each day after a session I would log my session, and everyday without fail I received a positive response from Jeff normally in the form of a short video. I found this helped massively to keep honest with my training and helped me be consistent with my sessions. Without this I would have easily found excuses to not get up and train. With Jeffs help and support I achieved a 2hr 40min PB on what was a tougher course that my previous IM in the Uk. I couldn’t recommend Coach Jeff more to anyone looking for guidance and support whilst undertaking whatever physical challenge they are taking part in.
